    I give and devise all my manor and rectory of Hinton, &c., to my son Charles Loder, for ninety-nine years, ... remainder to my son Francis Loder, for ninety-nine years, ... remainder to kinsman Robert Loder (who was to pay the daughters of Charles and Francis Loder and also to daughters of son Thomas Loder)
    John Loder outlived his sons Charles and Francis but was deceased by June 8, 1730.
    Thomas, son of John Loder, had 2 daughters, Ann and Elizabeth. Elizabeth was unmarried and Ann had married Thomas Whitley and was deceased before estate of her father John Loder was settled.
