Will Abstract

Will of John Leforge of Middlesex County, New Jersey
My loving wife Rachel Leforge to receive a bed and furniture with the curtains & my cupboard & one horse & saddle & two cows & the sum of two hundred pounds current money to be paid to her by my Executors and of my personal estate.
I also give to my said wife one third part of the profits of my land and the priviledge of my house as long as she remains my widow, unmarried.
My Plantation I give devise & bequeath to my two sons Samuel Leforge & David Leforge their heirs and assigns forever to be equally divided between them from the Brook to the back part of my Son Samuel to have that part whereon my House stands.
My will & pleasure is that my son Samuel pay unto my daughter Elizabeth the sum of one hundred pounds money as above.
My will further is that my son David pay unto my daughter Delilah the sum of one hundred pounds money as aforesaid.
My two sons Samuel & David pay unto my daughter Rachel the sum of fifty pounds. Each money as aforesaid as legacies to my said daughter in consideration of my land being wholly given to my aforesaid two sons further it is my will that my son Samuel pay the aforesaid legacy to my daughter Elizabeth in one year after she comes to the age of twenty one years & that my son David pay the aforesaid legacy unto my daughter Delilah after she comes to the age of twenty one years.
