Merchant", dated 27 Sep 1780, proved 24 Jun 1783, whereas "my late Honored Father was pleased by his last Will and Testament (so called) to Dispose of his Real Estate, among my Children", does bequeath to wife Mary Langdon all personal estate and all read estate during her life with power to dispose if need be, mentions house at Pownalbourough, house on Fish Street in Boston, small legacies to children John, Timothy, Susanna, Joseph, Mary, Elisabeth & Nathaniel Langdon. At her decease to be divided equally among children except John who is to get "Mansion House I dwell in". Wife Mary to be executor.
