  3. Middlesex Deed Vol. 31, p. 512 "John Kidder of Chelsmford ... Yeoman for and in Consideration of the Love Good Will and affection which I Have and Do Bear Towards my Loveing Sons viz't James Kidder and David Kidder of the said Chelmsford Husbandmen" conveys 3 tracts of land in Southerly Part of Chelmsford to be equally divided: my Homestead about 100 acres, 40 acres + 2 acres adjacent, 16 acres. Not to come into the possession untill after the Decease of the s'd Grantor John Kidder and then Provided their Mother Lidia Kidder shall outlive their father shall annually pay unto her one full third part of the income and allow her one end of the dwelling and provide all things Necessary for the maintenance of Life for their Brother Jonathan Kidder and Their Sister Anne Kidder during their Natural Lives and if they shall not live to create much Charge then they shall pay unto the Brethren and Sisters viz't Thomas Joseph and Benjamin Mary Elizabeth and Sarah £30 equally divided.
