487 Estate of John Hough, deceased.
Report made on the Administration of the estate of John Hough, dec'd, which the Court upon considering do confirm and upon motion do order distribution to be made of the ballance thereof among the following children of the said John Hough to wit Mary, William Dungan, the son and representative of Eleanor, deceased, Jonathan, Sarah, and Martha according to Law.
Upon motion of Olive Doyle (late Hough widow and Administrix) of John Hough dec'd praying the Court to appoint a guardian for her grandson William Dungan, the son of Joshua Dungan and of her late daughter Eleanor dec'd, a minor under the age of 14 years.
The Court do therefore appoint Samuel Harold for his guardian.
