1 Apr 1751: Bond of Nathaniel Hosmer husbandman of Concord as administrator of the Estate of John Hoasmer late of Concord.
23 Apr 1751: "True Inventory of the Estate of Mr John Hosmer Late of Concord".
5 Jun 1751: Appraisal of real estate of John Hosmer Late of Concord, mentions advance to John Hosmer jun'r eldest son of the said Deceased (who Died some years past), and to Nathanael Hosmer Second son of the said Deceased, and to Daniel Hosmer yongest son of said Deceased, and to Mary Hosmer alias Hayward one Daughter of said Deceased. "...wee find no Estate Capable of any Division". Assented to by John Hosmer, Natha'l Hosmer, Daniel Hosmer, Josiah Hosmer, with note that "John Hosmer grand son to the Decased subscribes in Behalf of John Hosmer Jun'r ... he being oldest son of that family" and by "Josiah Hayward in Behalf of Mary his wife".
30 Mar 1752: Real estate settled of "John Osmer late of said Concord Yeoman Dec'd Intestate" settled on "Josiah Hayward of Acton" "and wife Mary"
20 Apr 1752: Accounting of Nath'l Hosmer admin'r of the Estate of John Hosmer late of Concord accepted.
