Working timeline

Oct 1705 - Albemarle County - John Hodgson brought a lawsuit against John Bennett saying that Bennett owed him 40 pounds for marrying Bennett's daughter Mary. Bennett said John Hodgson never married his daughter Mary or any other daughter of his. [North Carolina Higher-Court Records, 1702-1708, General Court, October, 1707, pg. 340-341]
