Information on John Hitchcock

From "Elder Nicholas and Elbert "Birdie" Roberts", by Bill Roberts, pg 163:

Zachariah Roberts was married to Mary Hitchcock, the daughter of John Hitchcock. Source – Will of John Hitchcock 1/23/1785 - Chester County Deed 2/2/1754 – Chester County Indenture of Lease and Release 1/6/1789. From the Chester County Deed Book “T” we know that they had at least two children, a son Edward and a Daughter Sally, who married Robert Jones. With both of their parents dead the children sold the land Mary had inherited from Zachariah to Allen DeGraffenreid. [Source:]
