    John Hill House. Westerly part of lot conveyed by Samuel Beadle of Salem on 14 Aug 1676 to John Hill of Beverly, cooper. Easterly part of lot conveyed by William Browne of Salem on 30 Jun 1659 to Zebulon and John Hill, brothers, both of Salem. Zebulon Hill, sr., of Salem, and John Hill, sr., of Beverly, coopers, divided the land 17 Apr 1685. Dea. John Hill was a cooper, died 8 Feb 1707-8. His widow Abigail Hill, administratrix, conveyed lot to her cousin Cornelius Baker of Beverly on 10 Jan 1708-9.
