Hamilton Advocate, Hamilton, Missouri September 23, 1948 RONE-HILL WEDDING In a double ring ceremony, Friday, September 10, Miss Virginia Lee Rone daughter of Mrms. Harrison Rone of Polo, became the bride of John Robert Hill of Hamilton. The wedding took place in the Cameron Baptist Church at 2:30 o'clock with Rev. Fred H. Terry, officiating. The bride wore a silver gray street dress with black accessories. Her corsage was of red roses. Miss Bille Lee of Polo and Goldburn Esteb of Kingston were the attendants. Mrs. Hill was a student of Polo High School and the bridegroom is a graduate of Hamilton High School. After a short honeymoon they will make their home in the McCubbin apartment in Hamilton where both are employed. Hamilton Advocate April 12, 1967 JOHN R. HILL DIED IN CALIFORNIA Word was received Tuesday night of the death of John R. Hill, 37, in San Diego, Calif. Mr. Hill employed at Conic Corporation, an electronic equipment manufacturer. The body was returned Friday to the Clark Funeral Home where funeral services were held Saturday at 2 p.m. conducted by Rev. Eugene Sounder, pastor of the First Baptist Church of Kingston. Burial was in the Kingston cemetery. Survivors are his parents, Mrms. Forrest Hill, a daughter, Karen Hill of Kingston and a son, John Kevin Hill of Milwaukee, Wisc. Newspaper Unknown HILL FUNERAL KINGSTON, Mo. - Services for John Robert Hill, 37, will be at 2 p.m. today at the Clark mortuary. The Rev. Eugene Souders will officiate, and burial will be in the Kingston cemetery. Mr. Hill is survived by a son, John; a daughter, Karen and his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Forrest Hill of Kingston. Mr. Hill was a native of Kingston, and had resided in Hamilton, Mo., and St. Joseph. He was a radio-television technician and had been a resident of San Diego, Calif., about six weeks. He died Tuesday in San Diego.
