    SUBJECT OF TRANSACTION: Reciter that John Heydon died seised of a cottage and devised in to his brother Richard Heydon and his friend Robert Brayne upon trust to sell the ppty and to use the proceeds to pay off the testator's debts Recites that John Heydon died 23 March 1818 and that his will was proved 14 April 1819
    Recites that 2. has contracted with 1. to buy the ppty
    Now in consideration of the recited agreement and £100 paid by 2. to 1., 1. releases to 3. upon trust for 2.:
    Cottage in Bull Bar St., Banbury formerly in the occup. of John Arnutt, then of Robert Smith, then of 2. and the small piece of ground lying be hind the cottage on the North side of it and all buildings and walls which divide the around from the ppty formerly of Richard Bignell, then of John Heydon on the North and East sides and from the ground of Thomas Grant on the West side.
