33. JOHN HANBURY: (32 Robert) He was buried at Wolverhampton on April 28, 1636. His wife, Dorothy, and his sons, Robert and John, were named executors of his will, datedFebruary 9, 1636. He was the eldest son of #32 Robert Hanbury of Wolverhampton, and inherited his father's house and shop in Wolverhampton, with proviso that his step-mother was to occupy the house during her life-time, if she did not remarry, paying him 50 shillings a year. He was married before 1599 to Dorothy Rabye. They had three sons and four daughters. Children (HANBURY) 38. Anne, born 1599. Her grandfather left her a silver spoon in his will. She married George Birch. NFI. 39. Mary, inherited 250 pounds and certain property under her father's will. NFI. 40. Sarha, inherited 33 pounds under her father's will. NFI. 41. Rachel, baptized at Wolverhampton on June 13, 1606; inherited 250 pounds from her father. NFI. 42. John, baptized July 2, 1609. In his wil, dated 1678, he is described as John Hanbury, draper, of Wolverhampton. He mentions his brother, William, and a number of nephews and neices, in his will. He never married. NFI. 43. Robert, the eldest son of John Hanbury of Wolverhampton and his wife Dorothy. He became a draper in Wolverhampton. He married (1st) before 1624, Lettice, daughter of Francis Fellows of the Wergs, Staffordshire, by whom she had six sons and two daughters. Of the six sons, only Francis, the fourth son survived. The daughter, Mary, married John Walthall, a draper of Shrewsbury, while the daughter, Anne, was baptized at Wolverhampton on November 28, 1633. Lettice, the first wife of Robert, was buried at Wolverhampton on January 21, 1638. Robert married (2nd) Elizabeth, second daughter of Richard Acton, of Dunvall, Astley Abbots, Shropeshire. They had one son and two daughters. The son, Robert, was baptized at Wolverhampton on January 14, 1648; buried there on June 15, 1647. Sarah, the second daughter, was baptized on April
