Shelly Haas Cathey - Jun 16, 2004 John Caspar's father was not Casp ar Joseph. We have my great grand father's baptismal certificate and h is parents are Jacob Haas and Christiana Brunner Haas. The certifica te is in German but I had it translated. 

Two names are mentioned at the bottom as godparents ....Caspar Joseph Ha as and Maria Duffner .
