Greene, M.D., 62, of Lutz, Passed away Monday, March 30, 1998, at home, Born Sept. 16, in Los Angeles, CA, Dr. Greene has resided in the Tampa Bay Area in private practice for the past 30 years. His professional activities included: a member of the HCMA, FSMA, AMA, and the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis. Survivors include his wife, Paula; daughter, Debra Rivett and husband Dean of Lutz; sons, Richard and John Jr. of Lutz; Gary and wife Michelle of Plant City; Arthur and wife Eva of Laurel Bay, SC; three grandchildren, Kade and McKenzie Greene and Sidney Rivett. A memorial service will be held Friday, April 17th, 7:00 P.M. at the Chapel of Loyless Funeral Home, 5310 Land O'Lakes Blvd. Pastor George Walters, Jr. will officiate. In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to the St. Joseph's Cancer Center, P.O. Box 4227, Tampa, FL 33677 in his memory."
