    23 May 1749: Appraisal of real estate and set off to Mrs Mary Green s'd Deceaseds widow one full third. Remaining two thirds to John Green only son. Counter-signed by Mary Green, John Green, Joses Bucknam guardian for Mary Green.
    29 May 1749: Judge's decree settles two thirds on John Green only son of John Green late of Malden, he paying his sister Mary Sweetser and heirs of brother Jacob deceased.
