Facts and Events
When John Eberhart, my GG Grandfather, joined the Civil War, he was living
in Buffalo, MO. We have a story in our family that he was born in PA, but I
think that he could have been born in Germany. I would love to know where.
Later on in the 1890s, John & Delilah moved back to MO (they had lived there
in the 1850s and 1860s) but in the 1890s, they moved to another county in
MO.
John & Delilah then moved back to WA in the 1900s, but went to live in Grays
County, WA where their daughers Florence and Rosie were living in Aberdeen,
WA. They died in WA and are buried in the Old Soldiers Cemetery in Retsil,
WA.
