    First American Born In Ysleta Dies Thursday

    Juan Dowell aged 55 years, one of the first American children born in Ysleta, died Feb. 3 at his home, 410 South Oregon Street. The funeral was held Friday morning from the home with interment in the Concordia Catholic cemetery.
