Massachusetts Bay in New England, Gent., being sick and weak of body, bequeaths to wife Elizabeth Davis; sons Jacob Davis (eldest son, to receive a double share of the remainder), Ezra Davis, John Davis, and Josiah Davis (sole executor); and daughters Sarah Parker, Eliza Patterson, Hephzibah Sawyer, Mary Stagpole, and Margaret Davis. Witnessed by John Gray, Samuel White, and Joshua Gillpatrick. Probated 6 July 1752. Inventory returned 14 July 1752, valued £206 13s 3d.
