Whereas John Dabney late of Hanover owned a parcel of land in Albemarle containing 600 acres bearing date of 10 Sep 1767...the land is being sold to pay the debts of John Dabney dec'd for 300 pounds to James Karr on Moores Creek , adj William Terrell Lewis line.
