John Currier b. May 6, 1786, Concord, NH; d. Ohio; m. Feb. 3, 1806 Wendell, NH Nancy Pickernell.
In 1818 John Jr. and brother Jacob bought land from their father, both were called of Brownington, VT. Later that year they sold this land to Samuel Pickernell and John Jr. was called of Irasburg, VT.
Child's Gazeteer of Essex Co., VT states John Jr. moved from Barton, VT to Brighton, VT in 1827 with wife and 7 children. 1837 moved to Ohio where he died.
