From Find A Grave: John J. "Jay" Cunningham, 81, died on December 31, 1997 in Denver. Memorial services will be held on Saturday, January 3 at 2 p.m. at the St. John's Cathedral, St. Martin's Chapel in Denver. Mr. Cunningham was the oldest of three brothers. The other two brothers are Paul of Salisbury, M.D. and Dr. Robert Cunningham of Sterling. He was a graduate of Logan County High School and the Univer sity of Denver. He served in the Phillipines in World War II and was employed by the United States Air Force Finance Center in Denver until his retirement. The three brothers were descendents of very early Colorado pioneer mining and medical families in Georgetown and Sterling. Contributions may be made to the charity of your choice.
