Hebron, Conn., Apr. 17, 1739, d. Colebrook, Nov., 1822, da. of Caleb Downer. He was in the French and Indian War; under Gen. James Wolfe at taking of Quebec, Can., Sept. 13, 1759. John1 Cleveland, before the Revolution, moved up the Connecticut river to Bath, Grafton co., N. H., lived there many years, farmer. He and his wife are buried at Upper Coos."
