BIRTH: MARRIAGE: BURIAL: Born near Goshen or Unionville, NY. SOURCE: ORANGE CO. HISTORICAL SOCIETY BULLETIN; Feb. 1973, page 27. - This source states he was born 1783, Roxbury, Morris Co., NJ; also gives a death date of 1811 which is suspicious as his wife continued to have children until 1827 [is probably confused with his father's birth place and birth date, which is 1811.
