Although John's marriage and family with Elizabeth is well documented, the earlier marriage added here to Alice is less certain. For this to be accurate Alice would need to have been abt 15 years older that John when they married, for them to have moved from Kirk Sandall to Fishlake, then for John to have married Elizabeth just 3-4 months after Alice died.
