  • Page 80.—29th April, 1800. John Brownlee, Jr.'s, will—To wife, Mary; to youngest son, Moffett Brownlee; to children, son William, son John. Executors, James Mitchel, James Moffett. Teste: John Christian, James Brownlee. Proved, 27th October, 1800. Executors qualify. (Note: John Brownlee, Jr. predeceased his father by a few months, since John Brownlee, Sr. referred to his "deceased son" in his will written 6 September, 1800).
