This book contains several important transactions in my life, viz: number of sermons preached, marriages performed, baptizms, etc. Account of my ministerial career:

I was born Dec. 25, 1800; professed religion Augu. 20, 1820; joined the Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Feb. 1821; joined presbytery as a candidate for the ministry to preach the gospel as a probationer for the holy ministry April 3, 1823, and was ordained to the whole work of the ministry on April 6, 1826, and having traveled four years and five months as a missionary, was then married to Margaret S. Cloyd on Aug. 30, 1827, by the Rev. David Foster. [Note: source has additional information listed, including list of marriages performed].
