    BACON, John Marshall, age 42, of 206 Forest Lane, passed away suddenly at the family residence, Wednesday, Nov. 23, (1955). Mr. Bacon had been a resident of Bellingham his entire lifetime. He was a baptised member of the St. Paul's Episcopal Church and a member of the Washington Bar Association. He attended Western Washington College and then received his law degree at the University of San Francisco in 1946. He had practiced law in Bellingham since that time and served as city attorney in Blaine for three years. Mr. Bacon is survived by his wife, Cora C. Bacon, his mother, Mrs. Mable D. Bacon; one brother, Cecil D. Bacon; one sister, Mrs. Frances E. Roberts, all of Bellingham. Rev. Father Robert W. Webb will officiate at funeral services Monday, Nov. 28, at 1:30 p. m. within the Chapel of the Bingham-Dahlquist & Jerns Funeral Home.
