  5. From Savage, p. 1:76, says John "drown. as I have heard, 2 Feb. 1692". This would mean 1691/92 by Savage's typical practice. However, Sewall's Diary describes the drowning of his brother Joshua on 12 Feb 1691/92 so this appears to be a Savage error.
