In the Name of God, Amen, I JOHN ARBUCKLE, of Fallowfield, Washington County, and State of Pennsylvania considering the uncertainty of this mortal life, and being of sound and perfect mind and memory, Blessings be to God for the same, do make and publish this my last Will and Testament in manor and form following, that is to say,
First, I give and bequeath unto my Beloved wife, Mary Arbuckle, a piece of land lying and being on the waters of Pettes (?) Creek in Nottingham Township and county aforesaid adjoining Hugh Beatty, David Millingway, Heinz Joseph Borland and others with the improvements, rents of property forever. Allow the remainder of the time of Ann, a Negro, together with all my goods and chattels, rights and property of whatever kind and nature, allowing all just debts due by me to be paid.
I give and bequeath unto my beloved brother, William Arbuckle, the sum of one dollar. I give and bequeath to my brother Samuel Arbuckle the sum of one dollar and to Joseph Arbuckle the sum of one dollar. I allow, give and bequeath to my brother Robert Arbuckle the sum of one dollar, I allow, give and bequeath unto my sister Rebecca McMillan, Esebela Moor and Mary Williams each one dollar after the above bequeaths and legacy together with all just debts against me is paid and discharged.
I allow and bequeath to Mary Arbuckle, my wife aforesaid, all the remainder of my property real or personal to be hers, her heirs and assigns forever whom I hereby appoint sole executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all other wills by me made.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the 10th day of January in the year of our Lord eighteen Hundred and five - 1805

Signed, sealed, published and declared by the above named John Arbuckle, to be his last Will and Testament in presence of us whose names are hereunto subscribed as living in Washington County to be in the presence of the Testator, John Berries, Arthur Gardner of Washington County. But remembered that on the 11th day of March 1805 by the Subscriber Register for the probate of Wills in and for said county appeared David Hamilton, John Berrie, two of witnesses to the within Instrument in witting who being duly sworn do declare and say that they were present and heard and saw the within Instrument as and for his last Will and Testament, that at the time of the execution thereof he the stated Testator was of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding. That they signed their names thereunto as witnesses in the presence of the Testator and at his request, and in the presence of each other.
