There is a bit about the following.. John Adams II (s/b John Adams III) son of John & Mary Adams b 1795 married Elizabeth Firestone She was the daughter of John & Margaret Thrasher Firestone They had the following children:

George W Adams b 2-13-1843 m Susan Elizabeth Metz dau of James Buchanan & Susan Layman Metz George d 3-1-1913 Susan died 2-3-1913 both are buried in Daleville Cemetery

Andrew J Adams b 1846 d 1853

Margaret Adams d before she was 2 years old.

George (s/b John Adams) b. 12-20-1795 d 8-16-1875 left his entire estate to Elizabeth Firestone Adams at her death the estate was to go to their son George W Adams. It goes on to Give George W Adams & Susan Elizabeth Metz' s Children

1. Susan 8-5-1875 5-16-1929 married Oliver Reed 1 child Aletha married Chester E Spangler

2 William C Adams married Lillian Garst

3 Luther Adams died as a young man

4 Delila Adams

The Cemetery high on the hill east od 220 north of Daleville behind the Botetourt Phone co office the following Adams are found:

John Adams b 12-20-1795 d 8-16-1875

Margaret Firestone w/o John d 3-25-1865 80 y 5 d
