O.C. 20:60; CJ 1087:10; G.R. nr. 58.) = = About Johannes Bresler, SV/PROG Arrived at the Cape on 11 October 1752 on board the vessel ' Woitkensdorp ' which left Amsterdam on 22 May 1752 en route to Batavia - arrived there on : 30 January 1753 He was in the service of the Dutch East India Company as a Carpenter. He started work on the new organ of the ' Groote Kerk ' Cape Town and later became a Constable from 1758 to 1761 and later in the service of the Fire Brigade.
