I did some searching in the Grevenmacher birth records from 1827-1840 and only found one additional birth: Eva Caster born December 30, 1830, parents Anton Caster and Anna Maria Beck. None of the other children were found so they must have moved to another town after 1830. And I searched from 1827-1840.
I also found a marriage record for Anton Caster and Anna Beck, 4 August 1827 in Grevenmacher. Anton's parents were Johann Peter Caster and a Catherina ____________(unable to decipher her surname). Her parents were Paul Beck and Anna Maria Waldbillig.
I located Paul Beck's death record, 13 June 1844 with wife listed as Maria Waldbillig. I could not find any death records for his wife nor any of the Casters. The records on-line at familysearch.org's pilot program are at this url:

They only have the deaths from 1796-1866; naissances (baptisms) 1827-1890 and marriages 1796-1890. You have to scroll down the villages to get to Grevenmacher. Each year after 1803 is indexed at the end of the entries. If you are interested in the above records, let me know. The copies aren't very readable.
