Lived at Windygates, Troon in 1933, (letter to her there) probably employed by Mrs Allen and her husband Alexander Robert Allen, father of Eillen Allen later Eileen Parker who wrote Step Aside For Royalty about her life. Windygates is mentioned as their home in Troon and JM had the book.
She had a driving licence dated 22 May 1934 valid until 21 May 1935. This was shortly before Driving Test became compulsory in June 1935. Her address at the time was Roslyn Road, Brora.
Employed for 2 years and 2 terms at The Park School, South Norwood as Assistant Kindergarten Mistress from January 1936 until June 1938.
