  2. ↑ Joel Everett Botts, 6 year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Reid Botts, who lived near Loving Georgia in Union County, died at the home last Sunday following a prolonged illness. Though Joel was well past six years old his illness was such that he had been unable to attend public school and had been confined to bed for some time.
    Surviving beside the father and mother are two brothes; Lowell and Rickie Bott; Grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Lawson Patterson and Mr. and Mrs. J.H. Botts.
    Funeral services were held from the Oak Grove Baptist Church on Tuesday morning, Dec 29. interment in the church cemetery. Chastain Carter in charge.
