    Joannes Cziczon
    born 17 May 1862
    baptized 17 May 1862 in Szinye-Lipócz
parents: Joannes Cziczon and Maria Andrascsik of Singler

It seems likely that this was his baptismal record. The reason for the discrepancy in his birth date from later records is that the family might not have paid much attention to birth dates and he didn't know his. This seems to have been the case with his nephew Jacob. Or possibly he gave a false birth date to obscure his identity.
