The noncupative will of Henry Fay of Newbury was sworn to Sept. 22-25, 1655, by several witnesses. These affidavits are taken fron a copy made by Joshua Coffin. Sworne in Court held in Ipswich the 25 (7) 1655 per me Robert Lord Cleric. The deposition of Joane Jackman of Newbury. This deponent testified that Henry Faye tould her that his brother's children should have what estate he had, but he said he would leave his estate with my husband & Robert Longe untill the said children doe com.
