In 1861 John Duff (1832 Greenock, brass founder and copper (master) smith), wife Jessie B. (1837 Gourock), dau Jessie A. (1859 Greenock), “Sj. V” Jane Adam (1836 Greenock, town chamberlains’s dau), were at Greenock (census); Jane was sister in law of John Duff.
