Jesse Wentz, a well-know citizen of Parkville, near Hanover, died on Sunday afternoon, after a three months’ illness from a complication of diseases, aged 72 years, 9 months and 22 days. He is survived by several sons and daughters, one of whom is Mrs. Noah Brown, residing at the toll-gate on Carlisle pike, near Bittinger. Four brothers: Reuben and Henry Wentz, of Hanover; Ephraim and Joseph Wentz , of Green Valley, Md., and one sister, Mrs. Martin Bish, of Hanover, also survive.
