Mary Polly Walker Butler was the daughter of Jesse Walker and Elizabeth Granderson. So far, I have not been able to "document" Elizabeth Granderson except from listings by other researchers. I have no reason to doubt, just can't document.
Jesse Walker was a Rev. War pensioner. His pension record does not list his children, only his daughter-in-law, Rachel, with whom he left his Bible in Wayne Co. Rachel was my ancestor.
William Butler was in Wayne Co., KY in 1810 and probably went with Jesse Walker and several of his other children to Missouri by 1820: John Granderson Walker and Johnson Walker, sons, were in Howard/Macon Co. Missouri.
Benjamin David Walker, another son, went from Wayne Co., KY to Lincoln Co., TN by 1820 and then to Fannin Co., TX by 1850. William Butler family was also in Fannin/Grayson Co, TX by 1850.
Another son, William, stayed in Kentucky.
Son, Jeremiah Walker, went to Gasconade Co., Mo between 1820-1830, where he died in 1837
