Hi Bill, Located the gggrandson of Wm. Smart. He's also trying to trace the family and he gave me the name of another child of Wm. Smart and Melissa Scott--It is Jesse William b.17 Nov ,1904 d. 17,Nov 1904. It jogged my memory and I found a note my aunt, the daughter of Lula Katherine Smart, had given me when she was starting to search and it read " They had 4 girls and 1 boy who died at birth". She didn't have it included in her geneology . The note also says Wm. has 4 brothers and 4 sisters. She is still living but is very ill so I don't want to impose on her. She didn't get very far on the SMART's. I believe it is Melissa's sister Alice who married Geo. Henry Smart. All for now, Gloria Dunmore 11-16-99 email
