He resided at 6 Madison Avenue in Endicott, Broome County, NY, and was a tannery worker for the E.J.W. (?) Company of Endicott NY. His nearest relative was Carrie Seaver at the same address. He was tall, medium build, with blue eyes and gray hair [World War I Draft Registration Card database, on www.ancestry.com, taken from FHL Microfilm 1,712,047].

The household included Jesse (age 26, born Dec 1873 in NY), wife Edna (age 25, born May 1875 in PA), and son Russel D. (age 2, born Oct 1897 in PA). While Jessie is not found in 1910, his family is found living with his wife Edna's brother.

In the 1930 US Census, this family resided in Endicott, Broome County, New York. The family includes head Jesse B. Seaver (male, white, age 55, born NY), wife Elizabeth Seaver (female, white, age 55), son Lucio B. Seaver (male, white, age 20, single), and son Walter S.
