Obituary of Jessie Bell:

The late Jessie Bell, who died on the 5th of February 1884, was born in Belmont county, Ohio, Sept 28, 1804, and was at the time of his death, in his 84th year. At different dates he was a useful and influential citizen of Belmont, Richland and Huron Counties, Ohio. He moved from Ohio to Missouri in 1867. Early in his life, he became a member of the Methodist Church. He leaves his wive, Allette Wooley Bell.
