This indenture made this second day of November one thousand eight hundred and thirteen between David Dilse of the county of Harrison and State of Kentucky of one part and Polly Nesbit, Rachel Anderson late Rachel Nesbit, Margaret Anderson late Margaret Nesbit, Robert Nesbit, Sarah McIlvain late Sarah Nesbit, Elizabeth McIlvain late Elizabeth Nesbit, Jeremiah Nesbit, Sauel Nesbet, William Nesbit and Jane Nesbit, heirs of Jeremiah Nesbit decíd, of the second part witness that the Sc. David Dilse for and in consideration of the sum of three hundred and 75 dollars in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowleged hath sold and doth hereby transfer and convey unto the Sd heirs of Jeremiah Nesbit decd above mentioned one hundred and fifty acres of land laying on the waters of Indian Creek in Harrison county being the ? whereon Sarah Nesbit now lives and bounded as followeth, Beginning set honey locust corner to John Morrow thence south thirty six degrees fifty poles to a white ash and buckeye thence North sixty one degrees setone hundred eleven and a half poles to an ash and sugartree therein south forty four degrees west two hundred and nine poles to a buckeye and ash tree south twenty eight degrees west one hundred and twenty six poles to ash thence south twenty eight degrees west thrity poles to a stake thence west elven and a half poles to a honey locust and buckeye thence North 20 W 90 to a stake corner to Morrow thence N26 1/2 E147 poles to a buckeye and box elder thence to the beginning together with the improvements appartencences there onto belonging and the Sd. David Dilse doth hereby warrant and defered the Sd. land and premises against himself his the date above written.
