- Alexander, Jeremiah - entered service 1780 in Washington County, Virginia; born 7/4/1763 in Maryland; died in Alabama 1/26/1847; granted Pension 1832 in Morgan County, Alabama; resided 1840 in Walker County, Alabama; son-in-law Martin Orear, administrator of soldier's estate in 1854 states soldier left with no wife but children: Luticia Orear, Easter Stephenson, John, Martha Inman & Abigail Randolph. R29.
