    She is survived by her son, Jerry (Cheryl) Fields grandchildren, Randy (Julia) Fields, Michelle(Leo) LaGrotte, David Johnson, Christopher Johnson, and Michael(Julie) Johnson, and 9 great grandchildren.

    She was preceded in death by her parents, Jelle and Janke Nauta; spouses, Raymond Fields and John Thompson; daughter, Carole Johnson, and son, David Fields.

    A life member of Christian Park Reformed Church, she was once a library aide at Tech HS, and later a pianist at the Boggstown Cabaret.
