- I give and bequeath to my son William Martain thirty three dollars and thirty three Courts his Sheared of my estate
- I give and bequeath to my son James Martin thirty three Dolheirs and thirty three Cents to be his share of my Estate
- I give and bequeath to my son Jacob Martin son David Martin thirty three Dollars and thirty three Cents and
- to said Jacob Martain daughter Jean Martin Seven Dollars to buy her a Gown this to be this shear of my Estate
- I give and bequeath to my Son Thomas Martain Daughter Jean Martain Seven Dollars to buy her a goun this to be ther shear of my Estate
- I give and bequeath to my Daughter Elizabath Davis Seven Dollars to buy her a Goun and a black goun of mine to be his shear of my Estate
- I give and bequeath to my Daughter Margret Perry the ballance of my body Cloes my bed and bedding of Cloes and a sett of Nol Comes to be his shear of my Estate
