At Milton Junction, Wis., Feb. 25, 1885, Mr. Jasper T. Davis, aged 58 years, 2 months, and 3 days. Bro. Davis has been in failing health for several years with bilious and lung troubles. He was a member of the Milton Junction Seventh day Baptist Church, and was universally respected as an upright, warm hearted, earnest Christian.
He leaves a widow, a son and a daughter, and many relatives and friends to mourn his loss. He professed faith in Christ, and was baptized at the age of twelve years, and thus grew up a Christian soldier, faithful and true. N. W.
