Janet Klomp, 83, of 2116 N. Anthony Blvd., died at 9:05 p.m. Thursday in Parkview Memorial Hospital, where she was a patient three weeks. Mrs. Klomp was a native of Portage and resided here most of her life. Surviving are a daughter, Mary Jane Kappel of Fort Wayne; and a grandson, James E. Horrel, whom she reared. Services are at 11 a.m. Monday in D.O. McComb & Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home, where friends may call from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday. Star of the East will hold services at 7:30 p.m. Sunday.
