Janet G. Schonour, 84, died on Tuesday, Feb. 9, 2010, in Mifflin Center in Shillington, where she had been a guest for three days. She had resided with her daughter in Cumru Township for the past nine years.... She was a 1944 graduate of the Reading High School and a 1948 graduate of the Kutztown State Teachers College. She was the widow of Homer B. Schonour... Relatives and Friends are invited to attend her Memorial Service on Saturday, March 6, 2010 at 11:00 AM at Calvary United Methodist Church, One W. Wyomissing Avenue, Mohnton, with Rev. Dr. Richard J. Rimert, Jr., officiating Interment will be private. Janet G. Schonour, 84, died on Tuesday, February 9, 2010 at the Mifflin Center in Shillington where she had been a guest for three days. She had resided with her daughter in Cumru twp. for the past nine years. She was the widow of Homer B. Schonour who died on November 18, 1995. Born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late George and Ethel (Deysher) Giles. She was a 1944 graduate of the Reading High School and a 1948 graduate of the Kutztown State Teachers College. She was a Teacher in the Reading School District for 30 years. She was a member of Calvary United Methodist Church in Mohnton. Surviving are: One son, Gil, husband of Linda Schonour of Dresher, PA; one daughter, Marcia, wife of Thomas Hill of Cumru Twp. Grandchildren: Laurie Hersey of Starkville, MS; Kelly Genuardi of Philadelphia; Lance Schonour of Oreland, PA; Devon Schonour of Salt Lake City, UT; Sean Hill of Williamsburg, VA; Matthew Hill of Cumru Twp.; Meaghan Hill of Oxford, MS. Two great grandchildren. One brother, George E., husband of Joan Giles of Wyomissing. Relatives and Friends are invited to attend her Memorial Service on Saturday, March 6, 2010 at 11:00 AM at Calvary United Methodist Church, One W. Wyomissing Avenue, Mohnton, with Rev. Dr. Richard J.
