This is presumed to be the same death (nothing to suggest otherwise). This may well be the right date, since the church records appear to be in chronological order, but they also appear to be a copy (based on its orderly appearance and consistent handwriting), which makes it potentially subject to errors of interpretation or rearrangement. In any event, it is hard to overrule a gravestone...
